Amid high rates of burnout, leaders are asking how to support staff and recover from learning loss. In this session, we will explore how Calaveras Unified invested in staff well-being through iterative evaluation and improvement of working conditions, opt-in well-being professional development, targeted support for induction candidates, and a district-wide process to develop a “thriving educator” profile. Participants will learn strategies to assess and improve educator well-being.
